Golden Opportunities for Independence (GOFI)
The Weiss Team is proud to partner with Golden Opportunities for Independence in thier mission to empower people with a disability to live a more fulfilling life with the love and assistance of a dog and a mentor.​Golden Opportunities for Independence also maintains a community resource dog program which brings dogs to local communities and the community together one pup at a time!
In addition to volunteering at many GOFI events, the Weiss family has also raised five GOFI dogs. The family is extremely proud of each of these pups:
Flutie - Community Resource Dog for the Town of Sharon, MA, retired. He is now living the good life with his handler and family.
Ace - Community Resource Dog for the City of Gloucester, MA. Ace and his partner, Pete Satera, have touched many lives in the Gloucester community. In fact, Pete has been named National Community Resource Officer of the Year 2023. Congratulations Pete and Acey Boy!
Foster - ALS Service Dog. Foster was the service dog for a local man suffering from ALS. Unfortunately, Foster's recipient passed away. Foster continues to provide love and emotional support to his family.
Maverick - PTSD and Anxiety Service Dog. Maverick supports his recipient through alerts to anxiety as well as creating space for him. Additionally, he perfoms tasks such as retrieval of his cane and keys.
Tito - Tito will remain with the Weiss Family. He will be a stud dog for GOFI hopefully fathering future litters of service dogs. Additionally, the family will take him to visit hospitals and nursing homes to share his special brand of love!

Sold a Single Family home in Mansfield, MA and Bought a Single Family home in Franklin, MA
We have utilized Beth and Steve for the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1 home now over the last 6 years. They have a ton of local knowledge of the market having been in the area since childhood. Their advice on how to get the most of out of our house when we were selling was great (we needed a new roof among other things) and they were able to hook us up to contractors they know and trust. The fact they also flip houses for a living is what makes them different than most other realtors in the market, they actually know what it takes (permits, codes, timing, costs, etc.) to get a project done. Once you go visit a few houses with them or have them walk through your place to list it you'll understand the difference between a real estate team that cares and one that is just trying to make a quick sale.
